Decided to get a windsurfin session in as xc weather was showin sum nice strong northerlys. Bongo rigged a 6.5 with the Techno and I rigged a 5.5 this time with a Bic rumba hoping that the wind out there would be somewhere around 20mph as xc wetaher said.

Got onto the water bout 4pm and the wind had totally dropped. The wind was very inconsistent again as sometimes the wind was prob 3 or 4 mph and then pick up to a steady 15mph. Managed to get onto the plane a few times and then the wind would suddenly drop to a complete standstill. I was drifting further and further downwind all the time until the wind picked up briefly which meant I didnt have to do the walk of shame as I was able to tack back.
Bongo was practicin loadsa light wind maouveres whilst I attempted sum as well but found it hard with the very light winds.
Eventually came in at sunset as the wind was weakening all the time.
Giving it a 3 stars as the weather was gorgeous - especially sailing up until sunset. Would be going out tomrrow if there was wind. Just hope the forecasts are wrong and its blowing a hooly but it'l be quite uinlikely.
